These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 975ph customer support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
